They are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of a tenement house at Wielka Odrzańska 22 Street. Each apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person in the seating area, a TV with channels in Polish, English, Russian, French and German, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. This apartment is also distinguished by a large, separate kitchen, fully equipped with everyday utensils, such as a kettle, coffee machine, induction cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and utensils necessary for cooking.

There are private parking spaces in the courtyard under the entrance to the apartment for PLN 40 per night. Advance booking is required.
