The 60m2 apartment is located on the border of the Old Town and the very center near well -known Szczecin restaurants like a new brewery or rocker. Apartment windows go out to the garden on the patio, which ensures peace and quiet regardless of the day of the week. The bedroom has a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm, in the living room a double sofa and a bedroom recess ideal for 1 adult or two children, which is an ideal place of relaxation during the day. Access to the 4th floor enables visible, the building is adapted for disabled people and monitored 24h/ day.The apartment is located very close to the PKP and PKS station (10 minutes on foot). The apartment has a balcony, a bathroom with a shower, it will accommodate 5 people.
