Intimate luxury in the city's rhythm

We run carefully designed apartments in Szczecin's Old Town — where architecture, dining and the riverfront are all within a short walk.

Every interior blends natural materials, warm light and a considered detail. Instead of a hotel corridor you get a private space, fully equipped — the kind you want to stay in for more than one night.

“Excellent location, everything close by: the railway station, the boulevards, Wały Chrobrego, the castle, restaurants nearby. The place has every amenity you need: fridge, washing machine (though I didn’t use it), dishwasher, coffee machine, a sofa to relax on. […]”

Attractions and ideas for your stay

53.4258°N · 14.5628°E — Szczecin, Old Town

Everything worth seeing, within walking distance.

You are staying where the cathedral is three minutes away, the riverfront seven and the rebuilt old market square five. Below are the sights with real distances from our apartments, ideas for your stay depending on how much time you have, and answers to the questions we are asked most often.

The Old Town as your starting point

From Wielka Odrzańska you can reach most places on foot, with no tram ride and no hunting for a parking space. Leave the car in our private courtyard and come back to it on the day you check out.

Sights within walking distance

01

St James’ Cathedral Basilica — 3 min

A Gothic cathedral with one of the tallest towers in Poland. The viewing terrace at roughly 110 m gives you a panorama of the city and the Oder. Best early, before the tour groups arrive.

02

Rynek Sienny and Podzamcze — 5 min

The rebuilt, colourful old town full of restaurants and cafes. It is at its best in the evening, when the lit facades reflect off the cobbles — you will find dinner here without booking ahead.

03

Ducal Castle of Pomerania — 6 min

The Renaissance seat of the Griffin dynasty: concerts, exhibitions and a courtyard overlooking the river. The courtyard is free to enter, the exhibitions are ticketed.

04

Underground Routes — 6 min

A labyrinth of wartime and Cold War shelters, visited with a guide only. Groups are small, so it is worth planning tickets in advance. A good idea for a rainy day.

05

Wały Chrobrego — 7 min

A monumental early twentieth-century terrace above the Oder: a promenade, museums and the best view of the riverfront. A water tram stop in summer, empty and quiet in winter.

06

Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall — 9 min

A Mies van der Rohe Award for architecture and a rich concert programme. Tickets go faster than you would expect, so check the calendar before you travel.

A stay planned around your time

24 h

One night, a city break

The cathedral terrace in the morning, Wały Chrobrego and a museum at midday, dinner on Rynek Sienny in the evening. Your luggage stays in the apartment, the car in the courtyard.

48 h

A weekend for two

Day one is the old town and the riverfront, day two the Underground Routes and a concert at the Philharmonic. Breakfast in our own COFFEE HOUSE, without leaving the neighbourhood.

5 days

A longer stay or remote work

The kitchenette, fast Wi-Fi and a place to work make the apartment feel like a flat of your own. Evenings are left for Jasne Błonia and Kasprowicz Park.

With a dog

Travelling with a pet

Pets are welcome, and every one of them gets a welcome set: treats, bowls and a bed. Walks along the Oder start at the front door. A surcharge applies.

When to come: the seasons

From May to September the riverfront stays alive the longest, the water tram runs and the terraces are open late. In spring and early autumn you sightsee without queues and for less. In winter Szczecin is quiet, and the Underground Routes, the museums and the Philharmonic are all weather-proof.

Can you explore Szczecin without a car?

Yes. From our location every sight on this page is a 3-9 minute walk away. You only need a car for trips out of town.

We have dedicated spaces in a private courtyard that is not visible from the street, 40 PLN per day. It keeps you out of the Old Town paid parking zone.

At any hour — self check-in works around the clock. We send the address and entry instructions once your booking is confirmed.

Is breakfast available?

Yes, 50 PLN per person, served in our own COFFEE HOUSE cafe at Wielka Odrzańska 24/25.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, pets are welcome. Your pet gets a welcome set (treats, bowls, a bed); a surcharge applies.

How many days are enough for Szczecin?

Two days cover the main sights. Three or more let you add Jasne Błonia, Kasprowicz Park and a cruise on the Oder.
